with the 503 i had it geared for 63mph and it would do it in a short distance, now with the 540 in it i have it geared for 74mph and should hit that easily once i have the carb? set up.

540 Yamaha engines are so reliable! 6000 miles on mine with no rebuilds and I've romped? the s**t out it, still runs pretty good!

and they do haul ass, i have one (was an oval track racer) and just redid quite a bit? to it spending $420 ish on it this season which is alot considering im only 15 and dont have a job other than with my dad during the summer, cant wait for winter :)

no idea, i would want the most hp in the smallest package - maybe turbo it too. what does the 440 put out? the rotax 800 puts out 140-160 i think???? current hp should be around 65

and how much horsepower does the current 540 have, because you could do a XCR 440 special from polaris and have the speed? of a 600 but the weight of a 440 :D, but idk how it would work for your sled with that long of a track
